You committed. That’s the hard part — and it’s also where the real work begins. Every college athletic program runs arrival testing: strength benchmarks, conditioning assessments, movement screens. Most incoming freshmen show up underprepared. BFT COMBINE exists for the athletes who refuse to be one of them.

What You Get

Progressive Strength Programming

Built around the testing standards your college program will administer at arrival — every lift has a purpose and a target.

Position-Aware Conditioning

Builds the specific aerobic and anaerobic capacity your sport demands — not generic cardio, but targeted energy system work.

Mobility & Movement Training

Reduces injury risk and keeps you performing through an 11-week progressive build. Arrive moving well, not just strong.

Small-Group Coaching

Capped at 20 athletes. Every session is coached, corrected, and tracked — not a class you blend into.

A Structured Summer Plan

Complements your team’s off-season work, doesn’t compete with it. Built to run alongside what your program already has you doing.

Who This Is For

BFT COMBINE is designed exclusively for high school student athletes who have already committed to play sports at the college level. This is not a general fitness program — it is a targeted preparation program for athletes who have a specific physical standard to meet and a hard deadline to meet it by. If you’ve committed, this summer is not optional. How you use it is.
